LSU Shreveport Now Offering Certificates in Nonprofit Administration

LSU Shreveport (LSUS) is excited to announce the launch of online undergraduate and graduate certificates in nonprofit administration this fall. These comprehensive certificate programs were created based on curricular guidelines from the Nonprofit Academic Centers Council. 
 
The programs offer an affordable solution for professionals seeking specialized knowledge without committing to a full degree, as they provide college-level courses in nonprofit topics. Whether or not you have a bachelor's degree, LSUS has a certificate program tailored to your needs. 

The Undergraduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration, ideal for professionals without a bachelor's degree, consists of 18 credit hours (six classes) of senior-level nonprofit courses. Topics include the nonprofit voluntary sector, boards and leadership, financial oversight, fund and grant development, social institutions, and administrative law.

For professionals with a bachelor's degree, the Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration consists of 12 credit hours (four classes) of graduate-level courses. These cover essential areas such as the nonprofit voluntary sector, boards and leadership, financial oversight, and fund and grant development.
